What is a post code? I wanted to check others in my area.
My zip code is: 34450
Is that what they mean?? Zip Code!!! Haha!!! Why didn't they just say that!!! Thank you DiCan!! 
Post codes are the same as Zip codes except they are used in other Countries who don't follow everything USA .

A post code is a 5 or 6 digit code made up of numbers and letters which are unique to a very small given area within UK. So if the postman needs to deliver a package or letter all he needs is the post code and the number of your house just like a zip code.
I thought it would be easy to describe - not so but I think you get the drift
Post Codes are used in Britain, to help define the postal districts( for example NE42 is my town in North East England, and 5DW is my street, so my postcode is NE42 5DW=0) Hope this helps x
