Interesting Article on Nrf2 Activation and a Caution

So this is a page full of information on Nrf2 activation. It has a lot of opinions presented as facts (and maybe they are facts, but I am wary). Good point. . .but I don't have a Linkedin account, so I don't know who he is. However, Rescuema posted the link and she is the forum member to go to for health issues along with Art.

I spent a good 2 hours reading his website. Amyloban 3399 or Real Mushrooms, lots of questions on supplement recommendation. . .

Dr. Jed Fahy trusts these three sources. And the Moringa source I mentioned the other day was one he said he trusts. I’m going to alternate between Moringa and the broccoli source. Hope that is a good idea. Instead of changing to MatchaRoe is should be CCGuineaPig
