Hi,
I used to get constipation pretty regularly but after a lot of reading and experimenting I came up with the following which has worked wonders for me.
Smoothie
Half a frozen banana, 1 cup of frozen broccoli, small bowl of hot porridge, prune juice and orange juice and blend
It is actually very tasty as you can mainly only taste the banana and orange juice with a bit of sweetness from the prune juice.
It's cheap, easy to make, lots of nutrients and most importantly keeps everything regular, soft and no straining.
I also take 3 pints of water in the morning which helps hydrate.
