S + L combination therapy is superior to L monotherapy for the improvement of clinical symptoms in PD patients. Moreover, the safety profile of S + L combination therapy is comparable with that of L monotherapy.

It is true! Husband started 1/2 tablet of Azilect about 3 weeks ago and he is almost back to normal again. Placebo?? I doubt it.

His protocol is MP + carbidopa X 2 day, third dose is 1/2 tablet Sinemet (just before he goes to bed). Also, Wriga's research on GJ inhibition of CYP enzymes has paid off huge--bioavailability is more than 6 hours!!
