Should I increase my daily levodopa dosage, Currently I take levodopa only daytime, not night. I feel off symptoms like rigidity/tremors after 2,5h after levodopa take?

I was diagnosed Dec 2020 with PD. I started out with motor function problems but no tremor on my right side. My neurologist started me on C/L 25/100 3 tablets a day. Motor junction greatly improved but started getting dystonia in my right foot. I tried therapy, botox but my neurologist said it was

What I found is that nicotine controls my symptoms better than levodopa. At this rate, I’m going I could be able to get off of levodopa soon. I’m on two pills a day and at my worst I was at six or seven.

I already have movement disorders after less than two years with an daily input of 3 x 100 mg Levodopa. Who has the same symptoms at such an early stage and what is your experience? Have you found out what is helpful?

The cause of this is presently being investigated however in doing my own research I read that levodopa can cause haemolytic anaemia. I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience and if so what was done to treat the problem.

I’ve found a way to use Levodopa, and it finally works for me—previously, I had very negative effects. In short, I take it not before going to bed but after I start experiencing RLS symptoms.
