More support for B1
I like Bill Sardis articles
Very interesting not only for b1 , thank you Astra.
Thank you Astra, I was struck by the line regarding the unreliability of blood work and the need for a specific test which is rarely done. It put me in mind of Dr.C's comment that they tested for B1 deficiency to begin with, but found it worked even if the levels were in the normal range. Perhaps there are more of us with a deficiency, sub-clinical or otherwise than we think?

I came across this the other day. Again, though not pd/B1 specific and I've not checked the author's credentials, it is apparent that the idea of high dose B1 and other vitamins as a treatment has been around for many years.
I read this same article recently and wanted to post it. Thank you.
So should we take a combination of benfothiamine and hcl?
