I took my blood tests and I verified a low level of Vit. B12, so I have been recently taking a supplement. I've been taking for about a year Mannitol e Vinpocetine. I ask if anyone of you have experienced of reduction of blood level of Vit. B12 in the presence of these supplements.

I take both of those supplements and don't take a B12 supplement, but my B12 levels are too high. Go figure. My wild guess is that it's not likely those 2 supplements are the cause. Higher levels are not a concern because it's water-soluble, but B12 deficiency is not good for PWP. Were up me, I'd start supplementing. Often the cause is poor absorption because of G.I. issues, which, of course, are common PWP and we should be examining our G.I. health anyway.

This is a link from the Science of Parkinson's. It is not a deficiency you want to let go on for long time.

"Vitamin B12 (VB12) is a necessary micronutrient for growth and the development of the nervous system. Severe deficiencies of VB12 have been linked to damage of learning and memory ability and cognitive decline, along with several neurological diseases. Misfolding and aggregation of α-synuclein (αSN) into insoluble fibrils is associated with the onset and progression of Parkinson's disease (PD), ..."

"Vitamin B12 inhibits α-synuclein fibrillogenesis and protects against amyloid-induced cytotoxicity"
