Shortness of breath

Shortness of breath I appreciated the replies and the consensus is about breathing deeply, Especially exhaling. Louise Hayes says Parkinson’s is about not letting go so to learn to fully exhale is good medicine. As well as meditating. I am lucky in that I don’t experience on and off periods, taking 2 or 3 of sinemet 25/100 daily and the quality of my life is very good...and the shortness of breath was alarming , going into fear I would not be able to continue my active life style...so FEAR is “ false evidence appearing real”🙏

Some PWP have had PD long enough to notice that different stages of the disease afford different levels of optimism.
