It has been difficult to explain to that person I am talking to that they should just ignore the tear running down my face and that I am fine. I thought it was just me . Now I have a big name for the condition I can use. Keep the faith, it is just the PD.

I am currently taking thiamine with no noticeable effect other than I appear to have a little more energy and motivation - could be unrelated, but will continue for the time being...
