Can it be used instead of Hinz amino acids to treat Parkinson’s symptoms?

They fix different things, and, as Bassofspades said, can complement each other. For me, Hinz fixes my tremor and other symptoms while the meds are "on," but over the course of some 3 years it has not stopped the progression--my tremor has continued to spread throughout my body. Several posters here have testified thiamine can fix such items as constipation and sense of smell, but does little or nothing for tremor. Dr. Costantini believes thiamine stops the progression. I hope he is right!
