Merci d'avance
Pascal

One additional source of B1, thiamine hcl capsules:
You can try to use a preparation of vitamin b1 pure, without any excipient in case the patient is not allergic to thiamine but to the substances that are used to compact it in the capsules or tablets. To us in Italy provides the pharmacy Severi of Grosseto that assured me that can ship it worldwide and I assure you at good prices. Contact them directly for information from them on their pure thiamine. Below is the email address.
The following is direct from the pharmacy to Dr. Costantini :
Dear Antonio, I'm going to give you the following words in English that you requested for your Anglo-Saxon patients: "Our Pharmacy prepares capsules of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) in the prescribed dosages. The preparations is carried out with exclusively pure Thiamine (100%) without any added excipient. For more information, write an email to: info@farmaciaseveri.com "If you think you need to add something, just let me know. Cordiali salutiAndrea Severi
I'm new here, I have parkinson's and I'd like to test the thiamine.
I ordered vitamin B1 (thiamine) Solgar 500mg. I've had parkinson's for 3 years. Should I take it in addition to my treatment: Sifrol :1.05mg - rasagiline in the morning + Modopar125: 3 comp/day.
I would like to start with 1 tablet of 500mg in the morning + 500mg at lunchtime for one week, then 3 tablets in the 2nd week, then 4 tablets in the 3rd week, controlling the effects.
Does anyone have any experience (in retrospect) with a similar treatment?
Dr. Costantini said that HDT/B-1 is compatible with all PD meds.
I highly advise that you take "very precise notes" upon starting B-1 and mention every little change that you think might be attributable to B-1.
Take a 10~15 minute video of you walking, talking, climbing up and down stairs, walking fast, walking in a large figure eight, getting up from a seated position, getting up from bed, exercising and writing. The video is for your future reference and will be very important if you turn out to be a slow responder to B-1. This video will also be useful later to monitor disease progression and is worth keeping indefinitely.

I am impressed by your generous translation for Pascal1. Assuming that you used a robot-translator I am curious to know which one, including my favorite one: translate.google.com
I used the one that we used when communicating with Dr. Costantini and recommended by forum member Xenos as being slightly more accurate than Google translate. Google offers more languages though.
Deeply is great! I am studying French and Spanish and can generally express myself in either pretty well but I double check my compositions with Deepl. The translations are accurate AND use the syntax and stole of the target language appropriately. I find them to be a good learning tool.
Thank you Art. DeepL and translate.Google are indeed very comparable. They seem to differ mostly in their ancillary frills. If you're into foreign translations of specific words I highly recommend DeepL's other program called Linguee at linguee.fr. It provides translations of the word within a sentence in many different contexts.
The positives after B1: no bradykinesia, I cut my food with a knife, no button difficulties, brush my teeth now w/o needing elect brush, more strength. Getting in and out of bed, turning over is easier. No more (less) constipation. Parkinson's progression stopped. Suppressed most motor and non-motor symptoms...
My 8th year post diagnosis and have not fallen, not once, to the surprise of my neuro.
- subject to change/evolution -
I follow this regimen:
4x day, C/L 25-100mg IR.
2 x day (8 am 1g, and at noon 1g) vitamin B1 (as thiamine HCL) 500mg easy swallow capsules.
