Thanks for the video. It was most informative. The obvious question is is there anything you or I can do today in the practical (“real”) world about the gut/brain relationship assuming that the theory is correct. For example, following a gluten free diet or other kind of diet?
Unfortunately not that I know of (other than just eat a healthy diet) - until research establishes exactly what the cause is, and how it gets from the gut to the brain...
