Your link is a really comprehensive and authoritative article.

When nutritionist disagree, trying to be a referee is above my pay grade. There may be a lot of truth to what Grundy says, but what's soured me are his fake references.

But, still, I believe lectins and gluten should be reduced.

His fake references made him a completely untrustworthy source as far as I am concerned. There may be some nuggets amongst the dross, but I would rather start with a source that is trustworthy to begin with.
