Freezing more walking. Had dbs surgery in 2013 and am noticing more freezing when I have machine. Turning the stimualor makes waiting better

Sorry but it's hard to understand your post and question Sid. My husband has had a DBS since 2014. He does well with it. But it only stops the tremors. It doesn't help with all symptoms of PD. He still gets dizzy, and loses his balance and has rigidity.

He freezes and has trouble walking when his medication runs out. Down times. Do you take medication, Sinemet?

My husband does. 100/50mg. every 3 hours. At night he only takes it when he wakes up to go to the bathroom. Usually 2 per night.

Talk to your doctor about the freezing and he/she can probably give you a medicine to help.
