I read today that Niacin or Vitamin B3 worsens Parkinson's.

Am I telling everyone something they already know?

I think you might have misread the article. If you Google Niacin & Parkinson's you will find many articles all discussing the depletion of B vitamins through Parkinson's. I would have cut & pasted but my server is very slow today.

What an interesting idea & article. The thought of managing/preventing PD through diet & by avoiding known common triggers is quite heartening. Thanks very much for sharing.
