Great video. I take my niacin every day.

How much Niacin do you take? I have heard a recommendation to take 50 mg 2x per day and also 500 mg per day - very confusing. Thank you!

I take 250 mg of time released Niacin (nicotinic acid) based on the Augusta study:

I have corresponded with people from the study, so if you have more questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Is it helping you?

Like so many people here, I have no idea if it is helping. I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. And a sore left shoulder. And a sore left leg. And sebhoriac dermatitis on my face. And maybe some balance issues. Maybe some formication in my lower legs. I don't think I have gotten worse since I started taking the Niacin. Not better either.

Also, I take a lot of things.

Not Auburn, Bolt! :) It was a Georgia University, don't remember the name.
