Need Help: Any one out there find a PD voice-friendly Cell Phone?

Have any of you ever seen a cell phone that either has very loud or adjustable outgoing volume?

I've done LSVT

and another type of voice therapy and have found them both to be of rather limited value. It is so frustrating for both me and the receiving person!

If you know of one, please let me know the brand name and the model - if possible.
