Throughout my whole journey what has really surprised me the very most is how much food can create such issues. I have been highly stressed lately with housing and relationship problems and I know now that stress is definitely not a trigger to my symptoms. But the moment I even eat the smallest amount of gluten or dairy I get excessive amounts of wind, rediculous lould noises in my stomach followed by BM with blood the next day. Even to fruit and vegetables they can create the noise and wind instantly and follow by very loose BM next day. It does amaze me how suddenly the stomach decides it can not tolerate everything it once use to consume daily and only wants to accept bland low fibre basic foods such as rice, pasta, fish, oats and bananas. I see gastro on the 1st of July and at least I know now it is definitely food related and stress plays no part for me. Hopefully I'm getting closer to finding the cause. Hope you are all keeping well and good luck in your journeys ahead.🙂

Have you tried slippery elm bark?
Consider undergoing a colonoscopy and ask for a thorough examination of the small intestine, including the ileum. I've experienced similar symptoms and was accurately diagnosed with Crohn's disease. I'm currently on multiple medications that have significantly improved my condition; you can find them listed on my profile. Please share what treatment they prescribe for you.
