I just had my third Perianal Abscess drained in an operation. I was diagnosed with Crohn's last year. I have fistula's that haven't closed so they put a Seton in during this operation. I'm wondering what suggestions people might have for diet and how to avoid getting another abscess. It's incredibly painful and I want to find a way to avoid it
