Amgevita experience

Just out of curiosity, anyone on amgevita treatment and how good does it work for you? I know, everyone respond to it differently.

Just had 4 pens last week to start with, feeling so hopeful for it working and finally getting "normal" life after over 20 years of suffering and get in remission to start ttc. Long way to go, but so hopeful now. 😊

I started on Amgevita 2 years ago now... after 2 years of symptoms and struggles. I must say i'm well and have been for the past 18 months. I came off all other meds before going to biologics.

2 months into amgevita - I wasn't seeing anything, but nurses said be patient.

I gave myself the best chance... AIP diet for 3 months and biologics, really my body responded. Calprotectin levels March 21 and March 22 have been in normal range.

Before going to biologics I had lost 14kg weight, slowly things have got back to normal... but i'm still uber careful with diet. I keep a stash of ensure plus on the for when things seem a little off.

Hopefully things feel better for you soon..
