IBD tracker app recommendations

Hello all

I have recently been diagnosed with colitis. I would like to track my meds, symptoms, food etc. An app would be good rather than paper. I can see a few on the App Store but they don’t have a lot of reviews. Downloaded a couple but don’t seem that good. Any recommendations??
