Hello !

Hope you people are doing fine!!

Please help me i don’t know what is happening i am getting loose or i can say somewhat unformed stool but not watery since last 2 months everyday and i poop only once a day . There is no sign of blood or anything .

All i get is feeling gassy and bloated in the morning after waking up and then when i poop its all fine .

Please help me please

Hi shahbshs! It sounds like ibs to me but I would advise you to let your GP know what has been going on so they can refer you for any relevant tests needed. In the meantime I would try taking some antispasmodic medication like buscopan and keep a food diary to see if you can identify a trigger. Take care
