I do. I’ve been taking it along with oregano oil and probiotics for a few months now. Had a really bad bout and decided to try. I’ve picked up so not sure if it’s working or if it is the biologicals. Though I was told I’d need 3/4 doses of the biological before I saw a difference. Only has one.

I’m not stopping anything I’m doing as this is the best I’ve been in months.

How much of the glutamine to do you take? I haven’t heard about oregano oil so I shall look into it. Thanks

Have not heard of LG for UC but will look into it. The more natural I can get the better I figure. Currently the only thing I take when my innards act up is generic Dramamine, a tizanidine muscle relaxer and .5 Xanax. Lay on bed, moan and groan until relief. Though sometimes less drastic measures are called for; grew up on Alka-Seltzer and sometimes that's all that's needed. And after all these years and all those bottles, Pepto-Bismol never did a thing for me.
