Explain to your consultant how you feel and why you think you felt like it, I am sure he will understand. For heavens sake this disease is bad enough, so please don’t make it easier for the bugger to take even more freedom from you. Good luck and have as good a day as possible. xx

I was diagnosed in 2011. I hear you, we let things go. We stop eating right, not exercising, etc. but now it’s time to get back on track. Take control. I went from really good to really bad early this year. Now on inflixitab and the SCDiet. Things are like 100% better now.

Michelle you need to go back on your Crohn’s meds. I understand you getting tired of taking all those pils. I’m on a lot myself and there are some you just can’t go without unless you are replacing it with something else. I don’t have Crohn’s but do have ulcerative colitis along with fibromyalgia and company. I take this big huge horse pills 💊and I asked my doctor since I’m in “deep remission” if I can stop taking them and he said no because it could come back. I have tried other pills of going off of but certain critical ones like Crohn’s, thyroid, neuropathy, neurotically, heart meds you can’t go off of with out paying the price, stomach meds too. Back in 1998 I was involved in a twin study that they wanted me to go off all meds and I was sick as a DOG! It was a week long study that Friday I was sent to the ER because I was vomiting 🤮 and nauseated🤢I was just so miserable.😭 I learned the hard way and I weaned down on the stuff I had to wean off of. I was on the phone with the pharmacist on a daily basis leading up to the study. Anyway they had to stop the testing after that and I went back on all my meds and felt some better. Please get back on the Crohn’s medications. My stepdaughter has Crohn’s too and she suffers with it too. I believe she is on the humira shots for hers. The pills just wasn’t working any more. Last year she was in the hospital 4 times because of it. If you have to get another doctor because your current doctor hasn’t been there for you. I wish you the best. 😊💕🦋🌹
