Bimino Trial

Having read lots of literature on pre and probiotics I have decided to give the sachets if Bimino a trial. I’ve taken them for 6 days. They are tasteless and dissolve in drinks. It’s very early days but I do think they are having a positive effect on me. My frequency has decreased. I just wondered if anyone else has had good results with either pre or probiotics or a mixture of both. I’ve an internal pouch and get regular bouts of pouchitis. I am on a mission to try to repopulate my microbiome.

If any other pouch people ( sure there is a better collective noun) have tried anything please let me know.
