Hello, I was diagnosed with mild crohn's in Dec 2016. As of the last few months, I have been experience issues with my crohn's. I am currently on Entocourt(?) which seems to not be working any more. The last few weeks have been even worse with constant pain issues in my stomach, diarrhea, and oral thrush (which has been so painful). I don't feel like eating at all. When I do eat, it feels like peroneas are in my gut munching away and it hurts so so much. But after 10-15 minutes the pain is gone. I have also been experiencing constipation as well. My doctor finds it weird that I experience IBS and constipation. I just don't know what to do any more. I called the doctor pleading to come in early as his schedule is very full. We have discussed Humira, which at this point, I might do anything to help with the pain. But I am to see him later in the week. Does any one experience this and how do you handle the stomach cramps/pain?
My background, I try to eat healthy such as a dairy free and gluten free diet. I workout three times a week. I work full time, which is a struggle at times with this disease.

Hi, I have crohns and I’m currently in remission due to Humira. Obviously you need to see you’re doctor but it sounds like you could do with taking probiotics. I’m not saying it’s a magical cure but they do help, they repopulate your gut with good bacteria. Diet is different for everyone because what one person can tolerate another can’t!! It sounds like your in a flare and I’ve heard many people say bone broth is good for healing the gut too. I cut out Dairy and gluten for a long time until I was in remission but can eat normally again now. Stay hydrated and I feel for you working full time!!! I can only manage part time because I still get really tired. I hope you get some help soon 🤞🤞🙏🏻
