Fibromyalgia

Hi was wondering if anyone else with Crohn's has Fibromyalgia. I have been suffering with what I thought was Arthritis for a long time, I have had a lot of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and not realised, I'm on Asathyprin and Humira injections but the Arthritis and headaches and extreme fatigue wasn't going away, I was trying to find out an answer, so put some of my symptoms into self diagnostic tool and one thing I have noticed I found I had tender spots all over my body and aching from head to foot and finding it hard to sleep, but was showing no inflammation on my bloods and stool samples and couldn't work out why I was feeling so shit, When I put those symptoms in it came up with Fibromyalgia. I believe I started with this probably 15 years ago, that was when the symptoms started and the loose stools and going 4 or 5 times every morning. I was wondering if I probably started with this first and the developed Crohn's later. Has anyone else had experience of this?
