Hi Nathen, the main symptoms of Crohns and colitis are diarrhoea, frequency, blood and mucus in stool (although may not be present in early stages) pain, weight loss, and fatigue. if you dont mind me asking a few questios but does any of the above apply, any symptoms not included, how often are you having bowels open and are you getting up in the night to go. you can reply to me in privacy if you prefer, if you go to 'Help' at top of page in green banner it explains how. I am a crohns sufferer of 20yrs plus, and also a senior staff nurse with 3 yrs experience in gastroenterology. Any messages in private would be kept confidential.
