Hi everyone.. i was wondering if anyone had any advice to giving myself the preloaded injection. I have been on humira for a few months now and everytime i go to do my injection i mess it up. Or i just cant click the pen. I no it is all in my head and it doesnt hurt that much but its just a mental thing for me, i have tried letting it get to room temp etc but its not the pain i am struggling with.. all replys are appreciated
