Hi lycranotlikely, When I graduated in September last year JR21 thought I was the oldest, had a birthday since then 74 now Still go out two to three times a week, still slow and those pesky hills still hold me back so I try to avoid them, and the running seems to be keeping my weight level without too much dieting Pat

You know, I live in the flattest part of Italy -- the food valley where Parma Ham, Balsamic Vinegar, Paremsan et. etc. comes from. No hills here at all. Except a couple of really poor excuses for hills. and whenever I tackle tem know what springs to mind? pat and the word "pesky!

Wow! I'm impressed. My OH (I call him notpheidippides) is doing C25K with me. He's 72 and I was thinking he might be the oldest. But I'm delighted the oldest person is A WOMAN!!!
