Finally ran 5K yesterday for the second time ever (first time was when I did Race for Life in 2005.)
It's taken me 2 months since graduation to get this far, but never mind!
It took me approximately 39 minutes - 1 minute faster than my Race for Life time so not bad considering I'm 8 years older!
Congratulations, Lucyconnuk! That is brilliant. Took me a while to actually get to 5k after graduating too, and it feels so good when you finally get there! I'm going to do Race for Life this year, hopefully, for the first time. Are you doing it again?

Yup, me and my niece are planning to do the Bournemouth one - it's pier to pier so completely flat! It's good to feel confident about finishing it!
