Has anyone used/using a Vibration plate, I was wondering if they are as good as they claim to be? I was contemplating getting my wife one for her Birthday.

Hi Olsbeen I have got a Body Sculpture Power Trainer BM-1500,and find it great, there's a set of exercises to do, all explained in the manual. Got it off the internet after an osteopath recommended one when I had problems with my back. We paid about £120 for it. Good luck Pat
Thanks Pat, I've got joint and back issues and the reviews for them said they can help, nice to hear they are genuine.
I also have been left with bowel adhesions after having an emergency operation to remove part of my Small Intestine after it ruptured last year and someone even claims that it has practically cured their similar symptoms, it all sounded too good to be true but now I'm thinking there might be something in it!
Hi again, glad you found my reply useful, I must say I use it as well to help with my circulation, I sit on a stool and do my feet and kneel and do my hands, and with the bit of running I do and two exercises classes a week it helps to keep this 74 year old a bit fit. Pat
Well, you can learn some curious things on here! Hadn't heard of this before, but it sounds intriguing. Good luck with it.
We've got one, second hand off Gumtree, hardly used, so I'll report my findings once I've had a chance to have a play.
Initial thoughts are it's like being stood up on a very old shakey double decker bus on a very busy stop start route
