I’ve seen on here a head piece called aftershox. What do other people wear? I just use iPhone ones with cables which flap about a lot. Does anyone use the cable free ones? 🎼🎧

Which headphones to wear?
Hi Couchfunky! I use aftershokz. There’s a thread here with some other suggestions too: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Aftershox mini are the 3rd best investment I have ever made. The 1st was deciding to start the C25K, 2nd some proper running shoes and last but not least my wonderful aftershocks, they are superb, I can’t believe I spent all those weeks jamming buds in my ear and always worrying if something was happening behind me! And don’t start me on how often I got wrapped up in the wires 😬 I read in this forum that they are the only one recommend by the running authorities as they allow to you hear traffic noise. Personally I found the sound quality is excellent, they do sit very comfortable over my ears, but I don’t wear glasses 🤓 just a cap so that may be the only the thing to ask others. Good luck 😉
I got a pair from argos there are Bluetooth enabled and they're great I really hated the wires jumping about . I paid £30 for them
I just wear my iPhone ear buds and I find them really comfy. When I do run with music I wear a running belt and I run my ear bud cables from the running belt up the inside of my top and out through the neck to my ears. That way the cable does not flop around when I’m running.

As this subject has been gone over many times, there are some posts giving info in the related posts area below..
I wear Hearing aids so for the benefit of others who do, I have a Bluetooth necklace that is wireless, & works on the T setting (Connevans online). Excellent reception with the App & my music. Works with iPhone or android
I have an allergy to the rubber or latex or whatever is in the earbuds of conventional "in the ear" earphones so I have been running without until I caved this week and got some aftershokz aeropex 😍😍😍. It's so nice to have music back again.
I use clip-on jvc, got them for 7 quid on Amazon. They sound not that good but the point is l run, not listen to music in a cozy environment. Because they aren't that good they don't block off the outside sounds and l don't want to be cut off and mowed down by some driver anyway. I don't fancy taking expensive gear out in any case and expose it to rain and sweat. Also, l like the fact they have a cable so l don't need to rely on Bluetooth when negotiating city roads where signals come and go on a whim.
I use cheap bargain wireless Bluetooth ones. I pay about £4-5 and have even bought some )£1 ones in with my WISH order. My dearest one £7 sports ones with the bit that flaps over and behind your ears are the least comfy ones.
Glad I swapped to Bluetooth ones though as the wire used to drive me mad flapping on my neck.
There is still the wire from one ear to the other but I put my hair up in a ponytail and put the right earbud in, switch it on ready to start the warmup and then wind it once up round my ponytail and over into the other ear. No flapping then.
Keeps it out of the way when I wear a buff too.
I use aftershokz cable free, they don't go inside the ears but sit just infront of the ear. The sound is excellent and they are very comfortable.
Aftershokz for me too . I have the mini ones. The sound is great and if you are running on roads I think they are safer so you can still hear surrounding traffic and other noise
