I've passed the initiation test of finding the NHS C25k team - I had to ask where to find it - and I've signed up for the 5x50. Does walking to and from a tapas lunch count? It is 5 k in total but is 500 m taken off for each fino/ glass of red I have? I might end up in the exercise equivalent of negative equity.
