Off to Lanzarote at the weekend for a week's break. Am I really sad that the first things I have thought of packing are my running kit and shoes? Can't wait for those early morning runs along the seafront in the warmth... Bliss

Enjoy! I'm beginning to think that we will never get a summer ever again!

Enjoy! Sadly, I fear the snow may still be here when you get back.

Hi Saruma, your not at all sad, its the first things I put into the case too. Yes its bliss to run in the sunshine at this time of the year, I was up and out at 7.30am 3 times a week when in Cuba. Make the most of it but remember and drink lots of water afterwards we're not used to running in the heat just now so your body will need extra hydration. Enjoy
