Another success story - why did I not start this regime before now. Thought I would never run for 25 mins and at times thought I would not do it but I did and feel great . . . Happy happy happy

It's an amazing feeling when Laura says that, isn't it?? When I heard it I couldn't help but throw both arms in the air and yell "YESSSSS!!" , which alarmed a couple of passers by...!!

Well done!! You've definitely cracked this now. Enjoy the last few weeks of the programme! :-)

An excellent result. This level, is by far the hardest. This is where the mental block to running distance is broken. Once through this, you really are a runner!

I did this run today too. When she asked for an extra push for the last 60 seconds I lengthened my stride and well, RAN! A passerby looked at me oddly. Must have been my big stupid grin :-)
