Out of the all the runs I've done so far today's was definitely the hardest in terms of getting out the door. I'm a uni student and the past day has been so hectic so I was really struggling whether I should go out or not because I was so tired! So glad I did tho!
Similar what I said in my previous post, if I can run with 4 hours sleep, a hangover and 9-6 lectures then I can run anytime!
