This run was a little tricky for me as I'm one day behind schedule, which means that I had 3 consecutive rest days instead of 2 last week, so it took a little more motivation to get out of the door. However, now I've done the run I feel back on track which is great.
Would it be okay to run again tomorrow to get back on schedule? I know Laura says to leave a day between each run but it would only be this time...

Depends how you felt at the end of it - if it was quite an effort, you'd probably do better to take the rest day, but if it felt fairly easy, you'll probably be fine for a one-off. I did two consecutive days in week 1, where I'd not managed all the runs the first time, but did it the second time.
Further on in the programme it's probably less of a good idea though, especially if the runs are really hard work, as your legs won't have recovered enough. But there aren't really hard and fast rules.
I did alternate days all the way through after that (M W F Su Tu Th Sa) rather than have specific days for running - but different people find different things work.
