I only managed 16 minutes not 20 of week 5 run 3. Should I try this again of move onto week 6?

Personally I didn't feel right moving on until I'd completed a run but this thing is about getting yourself to be able to run for 30 minutes, so if you feel the two interval runs of Week 6 will set you up for the 25 minute third run, go for it.

Thanks I think that might make better sense for me. If at the end of week 6 I find I can't do 25 minutes I will repeat that one untill I can.

I repeated week 5, having only managed 18 mins of run 3 (admittedly I was in two minds about going on to week 6, but had tech issues and couldn't get the w6 podcasts on my phone!). For me, it was definitely worth doing, as I then had the assurance that I'd completed it properly and felt ready to move on - but if you feel happy to move on to week 6 and see how that goes, then go for it! :)
