Hi all, I'm a bit of a lurker but I had to just post to say I've finally finished the programme! Only took me 9 months thanks to a badly sprained ankle then plantar facsiitis but I've done it!!! I can't quite believe how far I've come and very much thanks to all the wonderful help and advice on here, you guys rock! Now I just need to get quicker

Thanks all I was determined not to give up as I got to week 6 before it was one thing after another. Glad I stuck at it, got there in the end Must get that tshirt now for some summer promotion

Great job, nics! It's such a good feeling to get all the way to the end of week 9. I'm enjoying it even more post-grad (four runs so far I think) because I'm varying what I do each time.
