Hi all, I'm a bit of a lurker but I had to just post to say I've finally finished the programme! Only took me 9 months thanks to a badly sprained ankle then plantar facsiitis but I've done it!!! I can't quite believe how far I've come and very much thanks to all the wonderful help and advice on here, you guys rock! Now I just need to get quicker :) I can't recommend this programme enough to everyone, even my husband has started now :)

Yay I feel great :) x

Well done! :) Such a great feeling! And there's always something to look forward to as the next target, too.

Yay for getting the husband involved, as well!

Well done on completing C25K. If you send a message to LoraHU she will give you a lovely green graduate badge against your name.

Well done Nics, especially after all your trials.

I too recommend it to all and sundry, I've sent more links than Walls make sausages in the last few weeks.

Yet to hear of anyone actually starting it yet but hope springs eternal.

Congratulations Nics. All the better achievement, for sticking with it through all your problems.

I'm trying to get the wife involved, but with little success at the moment :0)

Maybe she feels she couldn't keep up with you - has she seen any of the slow lady blogs?!

Thanks all :) I was determined not to give up as I got to week 6 before it was one thing after another. Glad I stuck at it, got there in the end :) Must get that tshirt now for some summer promotion ;) x

Great job, nics! It's such a good feeling to get all the way to the end of week 9. I'm enjoying it even more post-grad (four runs so far I think) because I'm varying what I do each time. :)
