I ran 5k in 29 minutes! How happy am I? I put it down to Chi Running. I really tried hard to remember everything the book tells you to do and was amazed by the times Map My Run was giving me. I highly recommend the book.

One of the few running books which were recommended to me when I asked that I've yet to get.

Ordered now.
