Yea I did it , still getting stitch tho x alright on the first half but 2nd half tough as a steady incline x

Way to go! I've got it easy where I walk since it's mostly flat. I think my body will go into shock when I eventually venture out to new running areas and encounter my first hill while out jogging. Sorry, I don't have any advise about the stitches, can't quite remember Laura's tip. I'm sure someone will be along soon that knows how to handle them. :)

Try to be intentional the day you run by drinking more water. Don't know if it actually helps with stitches, but we have did it since run 1 and have never had a stitch problem. Also, feel free to slow down if you need to. You are building endurance now, speed will eventually come. Great job on the run!! Gayle
