Free running apps for ipods

Does anyone know of any FREE running apps like the C25K that I can download to my ipod to challenge myself. I have heard people mentions apps when reading blogs but am sure these require some form of payment, Was goinjg to join a running club but prefer to run alone or at the gym so I can decide when I have had enough.

I use RunKeeper, which I'm pretty sure must have been free (cos I don't believe in paying for apps! ;) ). As well as GPS to track runs - which may not work with the ipod, I guess - it has a whole load of fitness programmes. I've not yet tried using any of them, but there's everything from C25K plans (with a choice of target times), through 10K, half marathon, to full marathon - with choice of target times at all distances! Definitely worth a look - it's not really mentioned as one of the main features, I don't think, but looks like a real treasure trove :)
