Can people please recommend their favourite running apps following graduation from C25k? I’m happy to keep at running 3 times a week for now but I miss having the structured support! Thanks Runners 🏃♀️

Strava, Mapmyrun and Nike Run Club
They all have different strengths... depends exactly what you want the app to do.
I like the guided runs on Nike and have been using them before graduation by picking the right length of run and using it with C25K. Plans on there are free and it also cross trains you with its sister app.
Strava is great for tracking sharing and can do plans for a small fee... I see it as the facebook of running apps so it’s not for me, but for many the support of running buddies giving kudos to each other really helps

If you’re looking to step up the distance check out Ju-Ju’s plan on the bridge to 10K forum - no podcast but suggested runs which you can do at your own pace.
They are probably all pretty similar, but I've stuck with Runmeter, and even paid the tenner for all the bells and whistles. I like the feature that records all runs on ical. The maps of your run are very clear, as are the masses of stats. I must get round to understanding what they all mean.
