I need to lose about 2.5 stone. I am doing a well known diet and c25k. I found week1 fairly easy and moved onto week 2 today. It was ok!
At this stage I really can't believe I will be able to run for 5 minutes let alone 5K! However it feels good to be making the time for some regular exercise.
