I just want to share with you.... I graduated around November and was working through the 5k+ podcasts, my aim being B210k, when disaster struck... I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle! I had even made a playlist of music to run to! Exactly 8 weeks to the day I've hit the road running again, and it feels fantastic! I've gone back to wk5 r1 to ease myself in gently, and the ankle seems to have held up. I'm really really pleased with myself as I've missed it so much. Can't wait for my next run this week
