I was jogging last year but not very successfully. I wasn't using the podcast but I am now. I did my first run day 1 and I must admit I was flagging a little on the second to last run. I am determined to do this and be able to jog without stopping. I did find it much easier though using the podcast. Second jog Sunday.

Welcome! The podcasts do really help - Laura has such a calm, encouraging voice!
Remember you can always go a bit slower at the beginning, if the end seems tough.

Thanks guys. I have to say I was glad to hear Laura telling me it was time to slow down. I will try and take it a little slower on Sunday.
