Back to running at last!!

After nearly two and a half months with no running because of an ankle injury I did my first run tonight! The ankle held up (have the ice pack on now just on case!!). I've gone right back to week one but figured it is best to take it steady and build up again. Felt really good to be out again, I was very apprehensive but so glad I did it! Next run on Wednesday - can't wait.
