Did week 2 run 1 this morning.
Wasn't sure how the step up to 3 min segments would go. First one was long, but second one was fine, as if I had settled into a rhythm. Ended it with a brisk 1 hour walk.
Back in bed now warming up!

Going back to bed...I missed that part of the programme, sounds like a good adaptation.

well done! I found it quite hard to run 3 minutes (I just mentioned that to someone yesterday, I was at a training session and never miss an opportunity to spread the word about C25K). You will be amazed how quickly your fitness starts to improve over the coming weeks. Keep up the great work.
