just got myself a book today called Run Less Run Faster...based on the FIRST principle...very interesting indeed....you run 3 times per week but all are quality runs not based on mileage etc
I agree with you, who have I become? Met friends for coffee this morning and spent the whole time looking out at this beautiful sunny winter morning thinking, "I could be running right now!" Getting a bit OCD about it I fear. Perhaps it will wear off.
